Booze Scootin'
A Yankee barkeep moves to Nashville, finds a horse trailer, and turns it into a bar.

Whiskey-bent and hell-bound
Booze Scootin' Beverage Company started with a 1985 Kingston 2-horse trailer Dan bought in 2023, gutted, and turned into a bar. That trailer became the centerpiece of Booze Scootin'. As the business grew, we added portable bars for smaller events and hired more bartenders. Soho House, Mastercard, Aperol, Patron, and Capitol Records have all trusted us with their events.
Ramblin' Man
Dan Phillips has bartended for over fifteen years. Before moving to Nashville, he opened and ran a craft cocktail bar in Toledo, Ohio. He has run distillery tours, spirits tastings, and private classes. He's just as comfortable drinking in dive bars as he is menu consulting for high-end cocktail lounges. Dan tends the bar at Booze Scootin' alongside some of Nashville's best bartenders.
All my rowdy friends
The bartenders working with Dan are all TABC-licensed and insured. Most work at Nashville cocktail bars during the week and pick up Booze Scootin' events on their nights off. They show up dressed for the event, know a proper old fashioned without asking, and can run a full room without the line getting long.
